Dr. Adam Finck, DNP

Dr. Adam, board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, is committed to building genuine, lasting connections with his patients, ensuring they have direct access to expert care that is focused on achieving real results. He has been in healthcare since 2011, beginning his career as an EMT and working his way up to nurse practitioner, gaining extensive experience in both outpatient and hospital settings. Adam graduated from Pace University in New York City with President’s Honors in 2019 and went on to earn his Doctor of Nursing Practice from Chamberlain University in 2022, focusing his doctoral work on expanding healthcare access.

In addition to leading his practices, he serves as a professor for graduate and post-graduate nurse practitioners and volunteers as a paramedic for his community. Outside of medicine, he is a dedicated husband and proud father of four, balancing his professional passion with a deep commitment to family and community.
